About these blogs

Get closer to CAFOD. The Just One World blog shares personal perspectives of the work of an international development and relief agency – CAFOD.

Just One World is a collection of online diaries, blogs, and reflections, either from visits overseas by our staff and volunteers, from our partners and local communities in developing countries, or from staff and volunteers working around the UK.

What is CAFOD?

CAFOD stands for the Catholic Agency for Overseas Development - we are the official overseas development and relief agency of the Catholic Church in England and Wales, and have been fighting poverty in developing countries since 1962.

We believe all human beings have a right to dignity and respect, and that the world’s resources are a gift to be shared equally by all men and women, whatever their race, nationality or religion.

We are a member of the Caritas International Federation, a worldwide network of Catholic relief and development organisations.
